Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your Calvora order. If something isn't right, please contact us first so we can help.

Your right to return

As a customer in Malta and the EU, you can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email with your order number.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories. For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been unsealed after delivery may not be returnable.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know and process your refund for the items returned. If you have any questions about your refund, just get in touch.
